identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es que contam com bibliotec\u00e1rios em suas\u00a0bibliotecas,\u00a0solicitamos aos profissionais\u00a0da regi\u00e3o Centro-Oeste (DF, GO, MT E MS) que, ao se desligarem da institui\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00ad\u00adque atuam,\u00a0comuniquem o desligamento ao CRB-1,\u00a0atrav\u00e9s do e-mail\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:crb1@crb1.org.br\">crb1@crb1.org.br<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e2bd33 elementor-align-center data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da \u00e1rea \u00e9 de suma import\u00e2ncia para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 com efici\u00eancia e efic\u00e1cia \u2013 desses servi\u00e7os por parte do Setor de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, possibilitando que novas bibliotecas sejam cadastradas e propiciando a abertura de vagas no mercado de trabalho.<\/p><h4>Irregularidades podem ser corrigidas e at\u00e9 mesmo, evitadas.<\/h4><p>Cabe lembrar que o trabalho do bibliotec\u00e1rio fiscal visa \u00e0 valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional da informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Facilite, portanto, o trabalho desse fiscal fornecendo todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitadas.<\/p><p><strong>Fiscalizar o exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o \u00e9 responsabilidade de todos os Bibliotec\u00e1rios.<\/strong><\/p><p>As den\u00fancias devem ser formalizadas, ficando garantido o anonimato do denunciante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81f8212 elementor-align-center elementor-widget CRB-1<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a5a8b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a5a8b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"206\">Para o acolhimento da den\u00fancia, conforme preconiza a\u00a0Lei n\u00ba 9.674\/98, art. 45, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio\u00a0que esta contenha a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o do denunciante, acompanhada dos elementos comprobat\u00f3rios do alegado, de modo que, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o recebidas\u00a0den\u00fancias\u00a0an\u00f4nimas.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"454\">Por\u00e9m, ressaltamos que, toda den\u00fancia \u00e9 tramitada em\u00a0<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">car\u00e1ter reservado<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">vedada a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do nome do denunciante.<\/strong><\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"571\">A den\u00fancia s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 registrada caso contenha elementos m\u00ednimos descritivos da irregularidade, a saber:<\/p><ul><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"571\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">nome da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou do profissional;<\/em><\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"726\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">nome da unidade informacional;<\/em><\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"766\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">endere\u00e7o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o denunciada;<\/em><\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"811\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">breve descri\u00e7\u00e3o da irregularidade, entre outros elementos que o denunciante achar pertinente; ou<\/em><\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"917\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">ind\u00edcios que permitam chegar a tais elementos.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"973\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Desta forma, \u00e9 importante que o denunciante traga o m\u00e1ximo de informa\u00e7\u00f5es poss\u00edveis quanto ao fato\/ato a ser denunciado.<\/strong><\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1096\">Caso n\u00e3o possua os elementos m\u00ednimos citados acima, a den\u00fancia\u00a0<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 formalizada.<\/strong><\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1182\">Ap\u00f3s o registro da den\u00fancia, a Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do CRB-1 dar\u00e1 in\u00edcio a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos. Se durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o for constatado que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 irregularidade e\/ou que a irregularidade for sanada, a den\u00fancia ser\u00e1\u00a0<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">arquivada e o denunciante devidamente comunicado.<\/strong><\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1437\">Informamos ainda que, em alguns casos, o processo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o e conclus\u00e3o da den\u00fancia demanda tempo, devido aos tr\u00e2mites operacionais que a envolve.\u00a0 Algumas geram auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o e processo de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, outras, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o presencial e imediata n\u00e3o \u00e9 vi\u00e1vel, devido \u00e0s quest\u00f5es geogr\u00e1ficas e financeiras, sendo necess\u00e1rio, por exemplo, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o por of\u00edcio,\u00a0que ir\u00e1 depender de uma resposta da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1873\">O denunciante pode acompanhar o andamento da den\u00fancia, solicitando informa\u00e7\u00f5es pelo e-mail <a class=\"css-1rn59kg\" title=\"mailto:fiscalizacao@crb1.org.br\" href=\"mailto:fiscalizacao@crb1.org.br\" data-testid=\"link-with-safety\" data-renderer-mark=\"true\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">fiscalizacao@crb1.org.br<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, informando o n\u00famero da den\u00fancia, que ser\u00e1 prontamente atendido.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2055\">Quando a apura\u00e7\u00e3o da den\u00fancia for conclu\u00edda, o denunciante ser\u00e1 informado por e-mail. O CRB-1 refor\u00e7a o seu compromisso e esfor\u00e7os na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b522135 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b522135\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bb1ee2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8bb1ee2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"fiscalizacao\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b224c31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b224c31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o de Bibliotec\u00e1rio foi institu\u00eddo pela\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/1950-1969\/L4084.htm\">Lei 4.084<\/a>\u00a0de 30\/06\/1962 e regulamentada pelo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/repositorio.cfb.org.br\/bitstream\/123456789\/107\/1\/DECRETO-56725-16AGOSTO1965.pdf\">Decreto 56.725<\/a>\u00a0de 16\/08\/1965. As atribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos CRBs, dentre outras estabelecidas no art. 23, II do\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/repositorio.cfb.org.br\/bitstream\/123456789\/1291\/1\/Resolu%C3%A7ao%20179%20Regimento%20Interno%20Sistema%20CFB-CRB.pdf\">Regimento Interno do Sistema CFB\/CRB<\/a>, ser\u00e1 fiscalizar o exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o, impedindo e punindo as infra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, bem como enviar \u00e0s autoridades competentes, relat\u00f3rios documentados sobre fatos que apurarem e cuja solu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja de sua al\u00e7ada.<\/p><p>A profiss\u00e3o de Bibliotec\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 exercida, exclusivamente, pelos bachar\u00e9is em Biblioteconomia, possuidores de diplomas expedidos por Escolas de Biblioteconomia de n\u00edvel superior, oficiais, equiparadas ou oficialmente reconhecidas, vide\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/1950-1969\/L4084.htm\">Lei 4.084\/62<\/a>\u00a0art. 2 e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/repositorio.cfb.org.br\/bitstream\/123456789\/107\/1\/DECRETO-56725-16AGOSTO1965.pdf\">Decreto 56.725\/65<\/a>\u00a0art. 3.<\/p><p>Assim, a Comiss\u00e3o de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por coordenar, regular, orientar e supervisionar o processo fiscalizat\u00f3rio relativo ao exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o, visando desta maneira a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional bibliotec\u00e1rio, divulgando suas habilidades e \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, evitando assim que a sociedade seja prejudicada pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os por profissionais n\u00e3o qualificados e abrindo novas oportunidades no mercado de trabalho.<\/p><p>Para esse trabalho, a fiscal realiza visitas peri\u00f3dicas \u00e0s bibliotecas, centros de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e informa\u00e7\u00e3o, Prefeituras, Secretarias de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, hospitais, museus, dentre outros locais que realizam atividades bibliotecon\u00f4micas.
